ParkingCarma killed my BankOfAmerica credit card!! Apparently BofA has not heard of you, and wondered why I was buying parking in Flint, Michigan. They were trying to be vigilant about fraud--the same thing would happen if I suddenly bought gas in Flint and had not told them I was leaving California.//Though it is not your fault, you should let customers know that this could happen. You might also contact the dinosaurs at Bank of America and let them know what your business is.

Lee,

We apologize for any issues that you have experienced while using our site. This is the first instance of this happening that we have seen. I have alerted our CFO, who will be following up with our bank the first thing in the morning to determine what steps can be taken to make sure this does not happen again.
If you contact us at support @ parkingcarma.com (please remove spaces to email us) we will be happy to accommodate you in this matter and refund any charges you may have incurred. At ParkingCarma we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously and would like to see that this issue is resolved in the best manner for you.

Thank you,

there would have been more "i love yous" ... more "i'm sorrys"... but mostly, given another shots at life, i would seize every minute... look at it and really see it...live it...and never give it back.

enjoyed this post Abhishek. It was certainly creative and not what I was expecting when I clicked on the title – a title I might add, which is quite good. I know I had to find out what ways ‘guaranteed’ I could grow my list.
